Graphite, charcoal, wax crayon, lacquer paint, black-and-white photography, black-and-white copy and adhesive tape on cardboard, in original acrylic glass frame. 36,3 × 28,8 × 3,4 cm (14 ¼ × 11 ⅜ × 1 ⅜ in.). Signed and dated in pencil lower right: Christo 1994. Titled and inscribed in pencil and blue lacquer paint in the centre: WRAPPED REICHSTAG (Project For BERLIN) PLATZ DER REPUBLIK, BRANDENBURGER TOR. Inscribed with dimensions and construction notes in pencil and blue lacquer paint in the upper margin. Signed and dated in black felt-tip pen on the back of the frame © Christo 1994. Catalogue raisonné: The work is registered in the archive of the Christo and Jeanne-Claude Foundation. [126]

Condition Report: Inn good condition. The work is in the original acrylic glass frame and was not taken out of frame for cataloguing. The acrylic glass cover is screwed to the wooden frame at top and bottom in one place and on the sides in two places. The acrylic glass with isolated superficial scratch marks. The adhesive tape at the top slightly yellowed. The cardboard as well as the black-and-white print without tears or losses. The black-and-white print with minor uneven time staining. Ultraviolet light reveals no retouchings or repairs. Fine, harmonious overall appearance
