Watercolour on thin paper. 31,6 × 43,2 cm (12 ½ × 17 in.). Signed and dated in pencil lower left: Bargheer 64. Titled in pencil on the reverse: 2. Häuser am Meer [engl.: 2. houses by the sea]. [3296] Framed

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh. The right sheet edge slightly unevenly cut, the edges otherwise without tears or losses. The paper, due to the artist's technique, slightly undulated; in the lower margin on the left, slight creases due to the artist's technique. The lower right corner with a minor nick. On the reverse, scattered light brown minuscule foxing. In the upper corners, remnants of white paper adhesive strips. Atop, remounted with Japan paper onto the support cardboard
