Chalk on paper. 48 × 31,5 cm (18 ⅞ × 12 ⅜ in.). The estate stamp in black lower left (Lugt 4763): M Liebermann. On the reverse two head studies of Philippine Liebermann, the mother of the artist, for the large parent portrait from 1891 (Eberle 1891/16). Chalk, heightened with white. Minor imperfections in the margins. Framed

The drawing will be offered with the explicit consent of the heirs of Martha Liebermann.
