Inscribed and dated lower left: Breesen den 14t Juni 1809. Dated lower right: den 14t Juni. Inscribed in the lower centre: 37. Inscribed by Johan Christian Dahl lower left: Caspar David Friedrich + zu Dresden d 7 May 1840. Not in the catalogue raisonné by Grummt. [3212] Framed
