Gelatin silver print with original drawings by Peter Beard in ink, 1998. Unique work. 33,7 × 22,7 cm (13 ¼ × 8 ⅞ in.). In the left edge of the image signed, dated, titled and annotated in black ink: "Tracking the Mt. Gorilla, Rwanda / Longing for Darkness / Peter Beard Box 47616 Nairobi Kenya E.A." as well as drawings in red and black ink. Stamp: "PETER BEARD STUDIO / Certification of Authenticity" on the reverse, therein signed, titled, dated and annotated: "the tracker + the tracked / 1984 / Rw" by Peter Beard in blue ballpoint pen. Numbered and inscribed in pencil by further hands. Frame dimensions: 52 x 41,5 x 4 cm. [2014] Framed

Condition Report: In very good condition. Satin finish heavy paper. Lower right corner with a short unobtrusive crease, approx. 1.5 cm long. Isolated very faint, barely perceptible pressure marks in the lower margin zone, partly due to handwriting on the reverse
