Information

Bronze with brown patina, mounted on a marble base. 17,5 × 30 × 13,5 cm (with base) (6 ⅞ × 11 ¾ × 5 ⅜ in. (with base)). Signed (incised) on the front long side of the plinth on the right: A. Gaul. Catalogue raisonné: Gabler 73. One of the few bronzes remaining with Max Cassirer from an edition of approx. 33 casts.

The bronze is free of restitution claims and is being offered with the explicit consent of Max Cassirer's heirs
Condition Report: In good condition. No loss of substance. In the indentations a very few miniscule plaster residues from the moulding proces. The base, in places, with slight scuff marks. Fine, harmonious overall appearance
