Condition Report: No. 1. Probedruck [engl.: 1st trial proof]. Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The sheet edges in places slightly stained, otherwise without losses. At the right sheet edge below the centre, five short horizontal tears (up to 2 cm). In the upper half of the sheet, one barely noticeable horizontal crease running from the left to the right edge of the sheet, probably technique-related. The upper right corner with faint creases. The paper in the margins outside the motif, in places with traces from the artist's workshop and a few light small stains. In the centre of the right margin, one faint scuff mark. Each corner with a minuscule mounting hole. On the reverse, in the upper corners mounted with paper tape onto the support cardboard
