Etching and drypoint, aquatint, emery and vernis mou in green-black on firm paper. 41 × 53,1 cm (56,1 × 72,7 cm) (16 ⅛ × 20 ⅞ in. (22 ⅛ × 28 ⅝ in.)). Signed. Catalogue raisonné: Von dem Knesebeck 100 X b (of XV). One of approx. 300 copies of the edition of 1908. Sheet 6 (of 7) from the set: Bauernkrieg. [3647]

Condition Report: Harmonious overall appearance. Good, strong print. The sheet edges without losses; in places slightly bumped with accompanying fine creases. The upper and the lower edge with multiple short tears (max.1,8 cm). At the centre of the right edge, a short tear (1 cm), above which, the upper paper layer slightly cracked open; there also one small remnant of yellowed adhesive tape. The lower left corner with a slight, diagonal crease (2 cm). The paper overall somewhat unfresh as well as, in the margins outside the motif, with light brown foxing. At the centre of left edge, one minuscule mounting hole with a short printer's crease. In the right area of the motif, a few faint scuff marks with slight differences in surface shine visible in raking light. On the reverse, the lower left corner slightly soiled. The sheet mounted in the upper corners with paper adhesive strips onto the support cardboard
