Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh. The canvas is not relined and is mounted on the original stretcher. The crossbar of the stretcher frame slightly visible at the centre of the front. In a few places, subtle craquelure as well as, along the edges, isolated faint signs of early paint shrinkage. At the upper edge on the right as well as in the centre within the blue area, each a sporadic area of flaking of the upper paint layer. Under ultraviolet light, in the blue areas in the right margin, in places minor retouchings visible
