Drypoint on wove paper. 17,2 × 20,1 cm (40,1 × 53,8 cm) (6 ¾ × 7 ⅞ in. (15 ¾ × 21 ⅛ in.)). Signed and dated. Catalogue raisonné: Ebner/Gabelmann 485 R II (of II) / Söhn HDO 216-4. One of at least 68 copies of this state. Sheet 4 (of 4) from the set: 6. Jahresmappe der Künstlergruppe "Brücke", gewidmet Erich Heckel, 1911. [3182] Framed

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The sheet presumably cleaned and washed. The sheet edges without losses. At the top right edge as well as in the centre of the left edge, each a short tear (up to 1 cm); in the upper right accompanied by a faint crease. The paper in the mat window with even time staining. Mainly along the right sheet edge, isolated pale brown discolourations, also on the reverse. Under ultraviolet light the paper slightly stained. On the reverse, in the right area of the sheet, traces of a liquid stain; these in places and only faintly shining through to the front. In the upper corners mounted with Japan paper onto the support cardboard
