Tempera and coloured chalk on paper recycled by the artist. 47 × 38 cm (18 ½ × 15 in.). Monogrammed lower right: CR. On the reverse: Architectural drawing. Pen and India ink, signed. Catalogue raisonné: Not in the catalogue raisonné by Vogt. [3296] Framed

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh and vibrant. The upper edge professionally reinforced with two layers of Japan paper, closing and strengthening several tears and small losses. Isolated, a few more recent short tears (up to 1cm). In the upper and the lower right corner as well as above the image centre, each a minuscule, hardly noticable hole. In the right half of the sheet in the centre, a faint horizontal crease mark (14 cm) with slight colour loss. In the lower sheet area left of the centre, one hairline surface scratch (12 cm) visible in raking light, with slight difference in surface shine. On the reverse, in the upper corners and at the lower edge, rests of former paper mounting. In the upper corners, remounted with paper adhesive strips onto the support cardboard
