Lacquer on of a printed page from a book, mounted on support cardboard. 29,5 × 21 cm (framed: 44 × 40 cm) (11 ⅝ × 8 ¼ in. (framed: 17 ⅜ × 15 ¾ in.)). Lower right on the backing board, titled, dated, and signed in pencil: 3.4.08 – Richter. On the reverse cardboard, again dated in blue ballpoint pen. There also a label from Galerie Schönewald Fine Arts, Düsseldorf.. [3176] In artist's frame

This work on paper was created on the occasion of the exhibition: "Gerhard Richter Abstrakte Bilder" at Museum Ludwig, Cologne, and Haus der Kunst, Munich, 2008/2009. Gerhard Richter produced a total of 112 monotypes of this kind. Each sheet in this series is unique.
