The right of withdrawal applies only to buyers in Timed Auctions / Online Only Auctions.

As a private consumer within the EU you have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The revocation takes place through your declaration to Grisebach GmbH (Grisebach) to revoke your declaration of intent that led to the conclusion of the contract. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the distributer of the goods, received them. In order to comply with this period, it is sufficient to send the notice of cancellation in good time.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you can use the attached withdrawal form, but you do not have to. (Form according to Annex 2 to Art. 246a § 1 Para. 2 p. 1 No. 1 EGBGB)

If you revoke the contract, Grisebach must return the payment received from you without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which Grisebach receive your notification that you wish to revoke your declaration. You will not incure any costs for the return. Grisebach will reimburse the Purchase Price you paid to the same means of payment you used to pay the invoice.

In the event of revocation, you are obliged to return or hand over the goods to Grisebach without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed Grisebach that you wish to exercise your right of revocation. The timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet this deadline.

You have to bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay compensation for a loss in value of the goods if the loss in value is due to a handling of the goods which was not necessary for the examination of the condition, the quality and the functioning of the goods.

If you wish to revoke the contract for the purchase of an artwork via a Timed Auction / Online Only Auction within the granted statutory revocation period, please complete this cancellation form and return it to us.
