In the summer of 2017, it was time for Thomas Zipp’s class to pack up and leave – they took down their tents at the Berlin University of the Arts and put them up again at Grisebach. For an exhibition, the students transformed the White Cube on Fasanenstraße into a temporary campsite and created works specifically for the venue. This autumn, Grisebach is building on this special collaboration: in memory of the Berlin artist Thomas Zipp, who died unexpectedly in the spring of 2026, we are dedicating a new exhibition to him and his class.
