Join us for our “Prints & Editions” auction, which presents a wide range of edition pieces from the 20th and 21st centuries.
The auction opens with etchings and woodcuts produced in small numbers by artists such as Max Beckmann, Lyonel Feininger, and Ernst Ludwig Kirchner, as well as lithographs by Otto Müller and the artists of the French avant-garde.
The auction’s main section focuses on art from the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Along with lithographs by Francis Bacon, screen prints, and offset prints by Gerhard Richter, Roy Lichtenstein, and Richard Serra, you will also find a selection of multiples – small-format, three-dimensional objects produced in editions – by Erwin Wurm, Günther Uecker or Rita McBride.
The auction also features numerous portfolios: ranging from the collotype prints by Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele to contemporary pieces, such as the “Printed Matter Photography Portfolio V.”
