Original cardboard portfolio with 1 embossing on metal foil by Heinz Mack, 1 embossing and watercolour on paper by Otto Piene and 1 embossing on laid paper by Günther Uecker; in original cardboard slipcase. Portfolio: 65 × 54,5 cm (25 ⅝ × 21 ½ in.). Each sheet signed and dated. Catalogue raisonné: Rottloff 21 / van der Koelen L 6603. One of 250 numbered copies. Hanover, Edition der Kestner-Gesellschaft, 1966. The portfolio was published on the occasion of the ZERO exhibition "Mack-Piene-Uecker" at Kestner-Gesellschaft, and contains, in addition to the prints, an introductory text by Wieland Schmidt and texts by the participating artists. [3274]

Condition Report: No. 39/250. Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The sheet edges without tears or losses; a few corners with faint nicks. On the Mack sheet, the silver-coated support cardboard in the upper right corner slightl scuffed or slightly soiled; unobtrusive to the overall appearance of the sheet. The Piene sheet along the edges, in places with very light time staining; with a few pale minuscule spots and faint, scattered pinpoint scuffs with differences in surface shine, visible in raking light.
