2 works: Each bronze with golden brown patina. Height: 22,5 cm, 21,8 cm (8 ⅞ in. and 8 ⅝ in.). Each piece monogrammed on the base: KL, as well as with the foundry mark on the back of the plinth: GUSS BARTH BERLIN. Catalogue raisonné: The bronze figurines are listed under no. 163 and 161 in the catalogue of Kurt Lehmann Siftung. 2 of 6 bronze figurines originally designed as door handles for the Hanover Opera House in 1950. Later casts; "Horchende" cast in 1969 presumably. [3038]

Condition Report: Very fine, harmonious overall appearance. No loss of substance. The patina in places with material-related slight irregularities and small light staining
