Information

Acrylic on canvas, in the gallery frame. 181 × 139,5 cm (frame: 183 × 141,5 cm) (71 ¼ × 54 ⅞ in. (frame: 72 × 55 ¾ in.)). Signed and dated lower right: PELZER 70. On the stretcher, with a typographically printed label with work information of Galerie Judin, Berlin. [3159] Framed

Condition Report: Very fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh and vibrant. The canvas is not relined and is mounted on the original stretcher. The margins slightly dusty. Along the upper edge, subtle craquelure; here, to the left of centre, accompanied by slight paint chippings (up to 0,4 x 4 cm) with retouching presumably carried out by the artist. At the height of the barrel lid on the left, a very faint vertical scuff mark, partially with pinpoint retouchings by the artist. Under ultraviolet light no further retouchings or repairs visible
