Ulrike Rosenbach’s video work ‚Herakles – Herkules – King Kong‘ was presented at documenta 6 in Kassel in 1977. For the video section of the exhibition, a large part of the upper floor of the Museum Fridericianum was made available for the presentation of video installations and sculptures. This section was curated by video art expert Wulf Herzogenrath, who acquired the present work directly from the artist several years later.
