On the reverse lower half titled, signed and inscribed with chalk: SON over PAINTed dessert [!] K. Appel PARIS. Catalogue raisonné: Jan Nieuwenhuizen Segaar, Antwerp, kindly confirmed the authenticity and provided further information. Paint losses. Framed
