With the stamp on the reverse of the Andy Warhol Authentication Board, Inc., New York, and the registry number. Tear in the upper margin.

The present work is a trial proof made in preparation of the six silkscreens on canvas of the portrait of Dr. Peter Ludwig (today at Sammlung Ludwig, Cologne).
