Oak. Height: 61 cm (24 in.). Catalogue raisonné: Van Puyvelde 20.

In 1930 Van Puyvelde listed only one location for the sculpture, the museum in Brussels. Meanwhile, eight further examples in wood could be located, two of which are in German museums (Chemnitz, Hamburg). In addition, there are four casts in plaster and – according to the 1988 Hamburger Kunsthalle collection catalogue, p. 312 – two in bronze as well as a granite and a marble version..
