136 photogravures in rotogravure after photographs by the author on 120 paginated panels. Each approx. 28,5 × 22,1 cm, 14 × 22 cm, 28,5 × 10,6 cm (31,6 × 24,5 cm) (11 ¼ × 8 ¾ in. and 5 ½ × 8 ⅝ in. and 11 ¼ × 4 ⅛ in. (12 ½ × 9 ⅝ in.)). Together with an accompanying volume in an original red paperboard folding portfolio. On the cover of the portfolio the embossing: “WUNDERGARTEN DER NATUR“ and an embossed plant drawing by Curt Siebert, Berlin­Lichterfelde. On the reverse of the portfolio the embossing: “BLOSSFELDT, WUNDERGARTEN DER NATUR“. This accompanying volume with half title, title, introductory quotation from von J. W. von Goethe and a text by Karl Blossfeldt from February 1932, and an index of illustrated plates. Title page verso with imprint: “Vollständige Druckherstellung durch die Graphische Anstalt 'Ganymed', Berlin“. In addition: accompanying publicity sheet, printed double-sided and folded, referring to this edition. Upon this inscribed by an unknown hand in Sütterlin text in pencil. Dimensions of the portfolio: 32,5 × 25 × 2,5 cm. Published by the Verlag für Kunstwissenschaft, Berlin 1932.
