Each pencil on paper. 30 × 22,5 cm, 30,4 × 22,8 cm (11 ¾ × 8 ⅞ in. and 12 × 9 in.). Sheet 2 signed: K. Böse. This sheet is a study for Böse's most famous work, the gouache "Die Kniende Frau von hinten" ("Kneeling Woman from Behind") (circa 1909), today held in the National Gallery of Art in Washington. Sheet 1 minor time staining and with light staining.
