Later gelatin silver contact print. 25,2 × 20,2 cm (35,4 × 27,6 cm) (9 ⅞ × 8 in. (13 ⅞ × 10 ⅞ in.)). Exposed onto negative, upper centre in the margin of the image: „H 843-1“. Signed in pencil in the margin lower right. Signed in pencil and photographer's copyright stamp on the reverse: „HORST ©“ as well as titled, inscribed and numbered by different hands in pencil.

American Vogue, 1 August 1940, Title (there a variation in colour with caption: „For your autumn reflection - this Lilly Daché felt pill-box, worn atop a red silk head-scarf the Peruvians call a chullo. It makes your face the focus. Ransohoffs. The jewels are from Trabert and Hoeffer-Mauboussin.
