Early gelatin silver print, before 1957. Solarization. 32,3 × 25,5 cm (12 ¾ × 10 in.). Laid down on original cardboard (32,3 × 25,5 cm), thereupon photographer's copyright stamp on the reverse: "COPYRIGHT ... BY ERWIN BLUMENFELD“, therein date stamp: "1957“, as well as estate stamp: "FROM THE ESTATE OF ERWIN BLUMENFELD“. Inscribed in black ballpoint pen: "New York 1942“, as well as inscribed and numbered in pencil by various hands.
