Pen and brown ink and pen and black ink, each on paper. 25,1 × 20,6 cm, 19,2 × 13,2 cm (9 ⅞ × 8 ⅛ in. and 7 ½ × 5 ¼ in.). Sheet 1 inscribed in pencil by various hands on the reverse: Est-il trop tard? Ist es zu spät? Sheet 2 signed lower right: K. [Th.?] Schmidt. At the top with address information in pencil. Sheet 2: On the reverse two sketches of a man. Pen and brown ink. Slightly stained.
