Oil on canvas on masonite. 34,5 × 23,5 cm (13 ⅝ × 9 ¼ in.). Confirmed by niece of the artist on the reverse in black felt-tip pen: gemalt von Otto Ubbelohde Frau Else Ubbelohde-Doering. Study for the large-format painting, „Frau in Weiß,“ in the Otto-Ubbelohde-Haus in Goßfelden (see the ill. on the dust jacket of the exhibition catalogue, "Otto Ubbelohde, Kunst und Lebensreform um 1900", Darmstadt, Kunstverein, 2001).
