These 12 painted album covers are excerpts from a larger painting consisting of 100 parts. The accompanying vinyl records feature "Hymnus XXI" , a composition by Achim Burg (Hans-Joachim Burgert), the father of the artist, who was himself a calligrapher, artist, and musician that was involved in the German experimental music scene..
