Oil on canvas. 85 × 55 cm (33 ½ × 21 ⅝ in.). Signed and dated upper left: Lovis Corinth 1911 Mai. On the stretcher labels of the Gemäldegalerie Carl Nicolai, Berlin, and the Georg Schäfer collection, Schweinfurt. Catalogue raisonné: Berend-Corinth/Hernad 494.
