On the reverse of the mount cardboard there is a confirmation by Ernst Schwitters, Stockholm, dated 25 September 1962. Ernst Schwitters gave his archive of his works to the Sprengel Museum, Hanover in 1993. It formed the basis for the catalogue raisonné by Karin Orchard and Isabel Schulz..
