Watercolour over pencil on paper / pencil on laid paper. 30,2 × 39 cm / 26,7 × 36,7 cm (11 ⅞ × 15 ⅜ in. / 10 ½ × 14 ½ in.). Sheet 2 below the images inscribed and dated: Anna Peters / Muttche Lunck / Tellingstedt 5 Sept 1853. Catalogue raisonné: Braunfels 549 / Braunfels 222. Sheet 1: on the reverse studies of men from Munich. Pencil, washed in brown (in portrait format). Sheet 2: on the reverse three landscpae studies. Pencil, partially brown washed (in portrait format). Dated and inscribed: 1) 6 Febr. 53. Westerborstel 2) Moor bei Heide 3) Marsch am Edland[?]. Supplement: Otto Speckter (?): „Bernhard Hofer Mutter Alm“ and woman on a well (sketch). Circa 1856. Pencil on laid paper, 35,8 x 25,5 cm. Not in the catalogue raisonné by Braunfels (compare B 548).
