Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh and vibrant. The canvas is not relined and mounted on the original stretcher. In places uneven application of paint, partially with minimal differences in surface shine between the various layers of paint (inherent to the work). In places slight signs of early paint shrinkage due to the artist's technique. The lower left in places with light, transparent traces of colour. Isolated with traces from the artist's workshop (linear traces of colour). The colour surface in places with localized unevenness, caused by the structure of the canvas. Isolated surface scuff marks. At few places along the edges sporadic paint loss. The left edge in the pink with light traces of handling (finger prints). Ultraviolet light reveals no retouchings or repairs.
