Corrugated cardboard, Sahara sand on wood. 51 × 65 × 3 cm (20 ⅛ × 25 ⅝ × 1 ⅛ in.). Signed and dated in red chalk as well as marked with directional arrow on the reverse: mack 76. Here also a label of Galerie Löhrl, Mönchengladbach. Inscribed, titled, differently dated and signed in pencil and black felt-tip pen on the reverse of the outer edge: erster, bislang einziger SANDFLÜGEL [engl.: first, so far only SANDFLÜGEL] 1978 Mack. Catalogue raisonné: Honisch 972. Framed

Condition Report: In good condition. At the lower edge in the centre a minimal loss of the applied sand as well as the right edge at the bottom with a minimal scuff mark. Fine, harmonious overall appearance
