Condition Report: Harmonious overall appearance. The canvas is not relined and mounted on the original stretcher. The edges covered with light brown paper tape, in places slightly detached. The edges with slight scuff marks; in places old mounting pin marks visible. The painting surface overall somewhat unfresh and with very fine signs of early paint shrinkage and a fine, stable web of craquelure. Mainly in the lower half of the painting, a few whitish surface abrasions, some with slight dents. Under ultraviolet light isolated minuscule, pinpoint retouchings and a faint, diagonal scuff mark in the lower right area of painting (16 cm) are visible
