Oil, acrylic and resin on canvas. 40 × 50 cm (15 ¾ × 19 ⅝ in.). Inscribed and signed in pencil on the overlap on the reverse: MUE5-14 N.FRENSCH. From the ongoing series „Schwarze Bilder“.

Condition Report: Very fine, harmonious overall appearance. The canvas is not relined and mounted on the original stretcher. Due to the artist's technique, the surface with isolated minuscule blisters and, mainly along the upper margin, occasional irregularities. Isolated, small fibers enclosed in the resin coating. At the left edge above the centre, a short white scuff mark (1 cm). At upper edge on the left as well as above the picture centre, each one small liquid stain. Under ultraviolet light no retouchings or repairs visible
