Acrylic on canvas, with artist's framing. 97 × 129,8 cm (38 ¼ × 51 ⅛ in.). Signed and dated lower left: MORISSON 61. Signed, titled and dated on the reverse: MORISSON "TOHU - BOHU TRIOMPHANT" 1961. In addition, with a label with work information of Galerie Denise René, Paris. Framed

Condition Report: Harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh. The canvas is not relined and mounted on the original stretcher. Mainly in the margin areas in places scuff marks, partially with minimal loss of the top paint layer. In the lower corners as well as scattered along the edges, fine signs of paint shrinkage. In the yellow paint area in the lower right corner as well as in the centre of the lower margin faint liquid stains. In the left margin above the centre, two small dents with partial loss of the top paint layer. Ultraviolet light reveals no retouchings or repairs
