Information

Gouache and pencil on paper. 37 × 29,3 cm (14 ⅝ × 11 ½ in.). Dated and signed in pen and black ink at lower edge: 12.1919. Stuckenberg.

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The sheet edges without tears or losses. The paper in the right margin slightly undulated as well as, above the centre, with two hairline pressure lines, visible in raking light. At the right and the upper sheet edge, in places coloured marking lines from cutting of the paper. Isolated, minuscule staining spots and, overall, the sheet slightly unfresh. Each corner with up to 3 minuscule mounting holes. On the reverse, the paper unevenly time stained and, in the lower margins right and left, some thinning from mounting removal. At the upper edge, firmly mounted onto the support cardboard
