Brass and tin, mounted on stone base. Height (without base): 23 cm (9 in.). Monogrammed and dated (incised) on the underside of the base: M-D 1994. Catalogue raisonné: Date not covered in the catalogue raisonné by Költzsch according to estate is the work with the Werkverzeichnisnummer 720 in the installment of the catalogue raisonné Matschinsky-Denninghoff registered (not published)..

Condition Report: Unique work. Very fine, harmonious overall appearance. No loss of substance. With a few technique-related irregularities and, very isolated, tiny traces of rust. The surface of the base near the mount as well as in one corner, each with a minuscule scratch mark (up to 0,3 cm)
