Watercolour over charcoal on thin laid paper. 39,2 × 53,2 cm (15 ⅜ × 21 in.). Signed in pencil lower right: G. Wohlwill. Framed

Condition Report: Fine, harmonious overall appearance. The colours fresh. The sheet edges with multiple professionally closed tears (to 16 cm) and losses (to 5 x 1,3 cm) as well as, at the lower edge on the right, with two short tears (up to 1,6 cm). The upper and the lower right corner, each with multiple handling creases. In the lower sheet area, a crease running diagonally from the lower right corner to the left sheet edge; in the right sheet area, a faint vertical handling crease running from the top to the lower edge. The paper overall with faint foxing. On the reverse, at upper edge, rests of white paper tape. The sheet remounted in the upper corners with paper adhesive strips into the mat
