Oil on canvas. 50 × 40 cm (19 ⅝ × 15 ¾ in.). Signed, dated and titled in pencil on the reverse and on the lower stretcher: Slawomir Elsner 2007. "Portrait" 16., also with a typographically printed label with work information of Galerie Johnen + Schöttle, Cologne.

Condition Report: In good condition. The colours fresh. The canvas is not relined and is mounted on the original stretcher. In the lower left image area, one faint horizontal scuff mark (4 cm), slightly visible in raking light. Ultraviolet light reveals no retouchings or repairs. Excellent, harmonious overall appearance
