About the auction

Starting on 20 February, we will be offering selected contemporary artworks in our online only auction "Modern & Contemporary Art" in aid of the Toni Garrn Foundation. The charity art auction includes works by 25 artists, including Fabian Treiber, Philip Emde, Eleanor Swordy, Navot Miller, Tamara Malcher, Andi Fischer, Jonas Wendelin and André Butzer (lot numbers 1250 to 1275).

The proceeds from the auction will go towards the following projects: the construction of a school kitchen in Burundi, which will provide meals for around 300 children every day (Faith in Action); empowerment training for women in Burundi (Women Integrated Development Hub); a three-year midwifery training programme in Ghana (Alma Mater Education); the expansion and operation of a soup kitchen in South Africa (Yiza Ekhaya Soup Kitchen).

About the Toni Garrn Foundation

Founded in 2016 by international supermodel Toni Garrn, the Toni Garrn Foundation is committed to promoting education and empowering young women and girls in Burundi, Ghana, South Africa and Uganda. Through fundraising initiatives, the foundation has contributed to the financing of educational institutions, health centres and gender equality programmes.
