About the auction

Our online only auction has plenty of highlights and discoveries in store for you in the new year: look forward to exquisite prints from the classical modern period by Max Beckmann, Lyonel Feininger and Käthe Kollwitz. Once again, works on paper and prints by artists such as George Grosz, Franz Marc and Edvard Munch from the important Walter Bauer Collection expand our selection.

With works by Frank Auerbach, Joseph Beuys, Gerhard Richter, Katharina Grosse, Franz Ackermann and Sarah Cunningham, we also bring together the diversity of international art from 1945 to the present day.

We are also delighted to offer selected contemporary artworks as part of the charity auction "Online Only Modern & Contemporary Art x Toni Garrn Foundation" in cooperation with the Toni Garrn Foundation in aid of charitable projects in Africa.

Twenty-five artists, including Fabian Treiber, Philip Emde, Eleanor Swordy, Navot Miller, Tamara Malcher, Andi Fischer, Jonas Wendelin, and André Butzer, are supporting the charity auction with their works.
