Watercolour and brush and India ink on Japan paper, mounted on cardboard. 26,8 × 15 cm (10 ½ × 5 ⅞ in.). Signed in pen and black ink upper right: Nolde. Inscribed on the support cardboard in pencil lower left by Ada Nolde, the wife of the artist: Künstlerin. The watercolour is registered as number Fr.A.3535 in the archive of the Stiftung Seebüll Ada und Emil Nolde and will be in included in the catalogue raisonné of watercolours and drawings by Emil Nolde. [3046]
