Oil on panel. 50,5 x 80,5 cm (19 ⅞ x 31 ¾ in.). On the reverse in red chalk: 6404. Catalogue raisonné: Accompanied by a certificate by Gustav Glück, Vienna, dated 13 April 1926, where described as "für eine durch seine Stimmung und gute Färbung ausgezeichnete, völlig eigenhändige, charakteristische Arbeit des Jan Brueghel des Älteren“ (in the original). Accompanied by a certificate by Hermann Voss, Berlin, dated 8 June 1929, where described as "besonders fein empfundenes, stimmungsvolles und malerisches Werk des Jan Bruegel d. A. ("Sametbruegel“), das eine völlig eigenhändige Arbeit von hohem Charakter des Meisters ist“ (in the original) / Accompanied by a certificate by Klaus Ertz, Lingen, dated 31 January 2015 (in the original).
