Pen and brush in black, with pink and heightened with white, on paper (tondo). Diameter: 23,2 cm (9 ⅛ in.). On the enclosed support paper inscribed on the reverse lower left in pencil: Erwin Speckter. Catalogue raisonné: The work will be included in the forthcoming catalogue raisonné of Erwin Speckter by Henry Smith. Design for the fresco painting of the Villa Abendroth in Hamburg. Samples of Colour and a study of the hands in the upper margin. Minimal staining.
