Bronze with brown patina. 47 × 25 × 16 cm (18 ½ × 9 ⅞ × 6 ¼ in.). onogrammed and dated below the chin: OF 1911. There too the round foundry mark: SCHMÄKE DÜSSELDORF. Catalogue raisonné: Heusinger voon Waldegg 61. One of 9 numbered posthumous casts.

From 1978 onwards, on the occasion of the creation of the catalogue raisonné, Otto Freundlich's estate had a posthumous edition of nine copies of the mask made from the original model, six of them for museums. The model was handed over to the Rheinisches Archiv für Künstlernachlässe in Bonn together with other archive material.
