3 woodcuts painted in watercolours on various paper types. 6 x 6,9 cm, 6 x 6,6 cm, 6,6 x 7 cm (sheet each approx. 27,5 x 21,5 cm) (2 ⅜ x 2 ¾ in. and 2 ⅜ x 2 ⅝ in. and 2 ⅝ x 2 ¾ in. (sheet each approx. 10 ⅞ x 8 ½ in.)). Catalogue raisonné: Prasse W 290 V, W 140 III and W 262 B. The woodcuts painted in watercolours used as letterheads on a three-page, typewritten letter by Julia Feininger, the artist's wife, New York, 12 April 1947, to Otto and Käte Ralfs in Brunswick. Sheet 2 discoloured and with small loss of the writing, sheet 2 and 3 with imperfections in the margins.
