Plexiglass box with inlaid colour silkscreen on vinyl, mounted on plexiglass, and with 81 facsimiles in collotype print. 33,4 × 28,8 × 4 cm (13 ⅛ × 11 ⅜ × 1 ⅝ in.). Signed on both the plexiglass plate, and on the title page of the accompanying volume with the English translation of the notes. Dated on the plexiglass plate: 1966 [!]. Catalogue raisonné: Schwarz 637. One of 150 numbered copies. New York, Cordier & Ekstrom, 1967. The original plexiglass box damaged in two places.

Jacqueline Matisse-Monnier and the Association Marcel Duchamp, Paris, have confirmed the authenticity of this work..
