Information

Vintage or early gelatin silver contact print from the negative glass plate. 24,5 × 19,4 cm (25,3 × 20,2 cm) (9 ⅝ × 7 ⅝ in. (10 × 8 in.)). Mounted on original studio cardboard (35,8 x 28,3 cm), with register marks in pencil in the upper margin. Two photographer's copyright stamps on reverse of cardboard: „PHOTOGRAPH BY STEICHEN 80 WEST 40th STREET NEW YORK" and „COPYRIGHT PHOTOGRAPH BY STEICHEN 139 EAST 69th STREET, NEW YORK CITY" as well as copyright stamp of the „Condé Nast Publications, Inc.". Inscribed and numbered by various hands with red coloured pencil and pencil.
